Capabilities

Kontext Business is the company desk you run yourself — leads, inbox, pipeline, money, and phones. On Automations, Set it up for me turns a plain sentence into cards you review. Everything your Business can do is the live verb list. Named recipes (Instant lead reply, Daily lead digest, and the rest) are one Turn it on. Talk explains this book; it does not flip those switches.

What is Kontext Business?

Kontext Business is the company desk you run yourself — leads, a unified inbox (texts, email, calls), pipeline, money, and today’s work. That is business intelligence — not Kontext AIOS. You do not need to hire someone to operate it. Say what you want in plain words on Automations → Set it up for me, or pick a named recipe and press Turn it on.

Set it up for me

Open Automations. The top card is Set it up for me. Copy: Say what you want in plain words — you'll review everything before it turns on. Press Propose. Nothing turns on until you confirm a card. Under the card, Everything your Business can do lists the live verbs. Click a quoted phrase to run it. Talk (Kontext) can explain these sentences. Talk does not turn them on — send the owner to this card. Example that works: remind customers the day before their appointment and ask for a review two days after. A hint card means finish it on the matching screen, not that it is already live.

Instant recipes

Same Automations page. One click, then pause anytime.

Scheduled emails to you

These run on the Main Agent and email you: Daily lead digest, Stale lead nudge, Weekly performance recap, Watch my reviews, Custom schedule (you write the job). If it cannot reach the Main Agent, set that up under Phones & AI agents first — the recipe is not broken.

Sentences for leads and the board

On Set it up for me: text new leads back right away; text me when a new lead comes in; follow up with leads over a few days; welcome new customers; set up my sales stages: discovery, proposal, closed; create tags vip and wholesale; add a custom field for roof type; add a company for Acme Corp; import my contacts from a CSV; where are my leads coming from; what changed in my business. Smart lists and lead scoring are hints — the desk understands, you finish the rules. The pipeline is not locked: you can change stages in plain words.

Sentences for money, booking, courses

Money: what coupons do I have; show my tax rates; what upsells do I have; show my loyalty program. Revenue is invoices, pay links, and Stripe to your account — not Gas Station, not Finance. Booking: remind customers the day before their appointment; confirm bookings by text; ask for a review two days after; add a 45 minute consultation service; show my class schedule. No separate Bookings tab — Today → Calendar, a solution step, or a call. Courses: create a course called Onboarding 101; give this member a portal link. That portal is not University.

Sentences for inbox, ads, and phones

Inbox / Meta: show my omni inbox; show my whatsapp templates; auto reply to comments; why are my emails going to spam. Business Omni “Messenger” is WhatsApp / Instagram / Facebook — not /messages. Ads and tests: what is my ROI on Facebook ads; is my shopify store connected; show my reviews. TikTok/LinkedIn lanes and A/B pairing stay hints until you finish them. Phones: show my call desk; who do I owe a callback; which ads make my phone ring. missed call text back is a hint — finish it under Phones & AI agents. One account number; a second purchase is refused.

Sentences for team and digital staff

what can my staff do; let the front desk see invoices; show my territories; save my setup as a template; who works for me. hire a digital employee and promote my app worker to an employee are hints — they open hire / promotion; they do not silently mint a second person.

What it is not

It is not Kontext AIOS / OS Intelligence / My Kontext. AIOS is your day. This desk is the company’s day. Insights is where customers come from — not the OS brief. It is not Talk. It is not the Agents studio. It is not Finance (staff). Your money as an owner is Revenue. Buying a phone number is account-level — the same card appears here, on OS Channels, and in /agents settings (Reach). You own one business number. A second purchase is refused. You do not paste Twilio keys in Profile. Kontext creates a Twilio subaccount (phone account) for your US carrier paperwork (A2P). US texts need A2P; voice does not. Who answers is a claim on a profile, then the operator.

Today and Inbox

Today: Needs you now and Working for you since yesterday. Tabs: Pipeline, Calendar, Campaigns, Activity. Inbox: All / SMS / Email / Calls. Ask me first. On a thread: You've taken over or AI is answering, plus Suggest reply. A greyed-out Inbox is not empty — the desk cannot reach the platform.

Create a solution and Your plan

Create is one chooser: Describe it, Lift my existing site, or Convert a Kontext project. Describe it walks Describe → Confirm plan → Customer experience → Go live. Starters: Lead magnet → Book a call, Customer onboarding, Invoice follow-up, Support triage, Lead Response Automation. Your plan: What is your business? then Show me everything Kontext can do. It maps onto real outcomes only. Then Start setup.

Digital employee jobs

Preset jobs on Employees: Numbers reporter, Week-ahead planner, Money chaser, Lead watcher, Growth advisor, Bookkeeper, Paperwork watcher. First names on the card are starter labels, not invented people. Deliver now runs one report immediately.

Broadcast, Acquisition, Revenue, phones, charter

Broadcast: Email / SMS, Audience, Message, Live preview. One-time schedule or Drip sequence (multi-step). Review & send, Schedule drip. Confirm Send broadcast? Acquisition: Lead sources (Facebook & Instagram, Google Business Profile, TikTok, LinkedIn). Post planner. Create sponsored post. Revenue: Paid (7 days), invoices (New invoice, Copy link, Mark paid), Create plan. Stripe Charges enabled / Finish setup. Company money — not Partner. Agent training studio: Draft training from my notes, Compare A/B, Apply to live agent. Phones & AI agents: one Get a business number, Carrier approval for texting. Company lobby: Make this the company lobby. Automations charter: What the AI set up for you (Proven / Needs you / Blocked).

The rooms

Run my business: Today, Inbox, Company lobby, Leads, Pipeline, Revenue. Grow: Your solutions, Broadcast, Reviews, Courses, This week, Insights, Acquisition. Set up: Phones & AI agents, Employees, Automations, Agent training, Integrations, Team & starters. Home chips also show Your plan and Inbox & marketing. There is no separate Bookings tab. Business Inbox is customer texts; OS Mail and Messenger are different products.

How a lead moves

A form, ad, or webhook creates a contact on your account. Instant recipes or Set it up for me can text back, email, or enroll a sequence. You see them on Leads, Pipeline, Today, and Inbox if they texted. Texts send from your dedicated number through Kontext. STOP is honored. If calls work and US texts do not, start with A2P.

Kontext Business (/business) is the owner-operated CRM: solutions, leads, unified inbox (SMS/email/calls), pipeline, revenue, Today cockpit, digital employees, and Labs (Stripe, Funnel, Ecosystem). Old /automations URLs redirect here. 124 step-by-step journeys below — Path → You do → Result.

Kontext Business (/business) is the lead-to-customer cockpit for service business owners: solutions, CRM, unified inbox, automations, revenue, labs, and AI-built live apps. Legacy /automations/* redirects here.

Part 1 — Feature catalog

What Kontext Business is

Kontext Business is your lead-to-customer cockpit. It helps you:

You describe what you want in plain language; AI builds landing pages, forms, and workflows. You review and approve — you are not expected to wire up technical plumbing yourself.

Your data lives on your own account (your user canister). You can export everything anytime. You can invite staff without giving up ownership.

How you open it

Feature What it does
Business module Main product area at /business
Legacy redirect Old /automations/* URLs automatically go to /business/*
Module switcher Global header lets you jump to Business from anywhere in Kontext
Kontext OS Desktop-style shell — open Business from the dock, launcher, or a window
OS widget Optional desktop widget shortcut to Business
Command layer Type natural-language intents (e.g. “create a business solution”) and get routed here
Post-generation link After AI builds an app elsewhere, a prompt can send you to Business to turn it into a customer-facing solution
Role gating Some roles (e.g. customer/ambassador) cannot access Business — by design
Sign-in required You must be logged in; guests are sent to sign in

Benefits

Who it's for

Primary: business owners operating alone or with a small team. Not: agency-first multi-tenant “run Kontext for someone else” as the default identity.
